Aija Harju new Senior Vice President Human Resources at BoKlok

Aija Harju has been appointed Senior Vice President Human Resources for Boklok. She stepped into her new position on 1 January, 2022.

Aija previously held a position as HR Business Partner at Skanska Finland. During 2021, she has acted as Diversity & Inclusion Leader for BoKlok, developing a D&I strategy for BoKlok.

- I am very happy to welcome Aija to the BoKlok Leadership Team. In the role as Diversity & Inclusion Leader, Aija contributed with great competence and experience. She has good insight into our business and organisation and will be key to the continued development of BoKlok as an international residential developer, says Jonas Spangenberg, CEO BoKlok.

- I am excited to continue the journey with BoKlok. I look forward to contributing to the long-term strategic ambitions that will lead to more sustainable homes for the many people. It will be fun and challenging. We have a great need to recruit new talent in our various markets, says Aija Harju.
