Kristine Longva is the new Sales and Marketing Manager in BoKlok Norway, with responsibility for sales and marketing of residential projects, the customer journey and further development of the marketing strategy. Kristine started 1st of February and is part of the leadership team in Norway.
Once again, BoKlok Sweden has the great honour to receive first prize for “Sweden’s most satisfied customers” in a yearly survey in the industry of housing developers. It is the fourth time in six years BoKlok reaches first position.
Aija Harju has been appointed Senior Vice President Human Resources for Boklok. She stepped into her new position on 1 January, 2022.

When BoKlok Sweden looks back on 2021, it has been both an exciting and challenging year. André Löfgren has been appointed the new CFO of BoKlok Group and most recently came from the role of Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Skanska. André Löfgren also has experience working in residential development, in his previous role as CFO of Skanska Residential Development Nordic.
Since last week, the customers, partners and other stakeholders to BoKlok have been met by a brand new website and graphic profile. The new, global website went live on 11th October, with versions tailored for the four BoKlok markets - Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the UK.

Diversity and inclusion are a crucial part of the development of BoKlok. A new role has been created, with the task of developing a strategy and action plan. Aija Harju from Skanska Finland has been appointed as Diversity and Inclusion leader.
Jerker Lessing, Research and Development Manager at BoKlok, has had a partnership with Stanford University since 2013. Mr. Lessing has, since 2017, been an adjunct professor within civil and environmental engineering. He has now received an extension for his role as adjunct professor at Stanford University. This new extension of his professorship will run until August 2022.
