A reflection after 2021: BoKlok Norway is growing!
The country manager in BoKlok Norway, Tove Borchgrevink, looks back at a steady organisation and execution during the pandemic year 2021. Now it’s time for new housing projects, and new colleagues, in 2022. BoKlok Norway currently have two job opportunities open.
BoKlok Norway has been through extensive changes within the company and are now set for new product developments, innovative solutions, and growth. During the last year BoKlok Norway has been focused on strengthening the organisation and securing a solid land bank for the long run. Tove Borchgrevink, country manager BoKlok Norway, looks back at 2021:
- We managed to deliver on all our financial goals in 2021. We have been developing new housing products with sustainable solutions, always taking care of the customer’s needs. We have employed talented people on important positions and are new recruiting more people to reach our upcoming goals.
Globally, BoKlok has undergone a significant brand refreshment in 2021, with a new graphic profile and new websites across all four markets – Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the UK. An important step in the right direction, prioritising the customer’s needs. BoKlok has developed the housing products and are ready to give the customers a home where a lot of the important thoughts and solutions are already thought out.
BoKlok Norway is planning new residential housing projects in Nannestad, Jessheim, Frogn and Kongsberg during 2022/23.
- In addition to our new projects, we also have new colleagues! BoKlok Norway has significantly expanded the Norwegian team this year. We have hired a CFO, a Project Development Manager, and a Market Adviser. A Sales and Marketing Manager is also joining the team soon. A brand-new team - ready for success! says Borchgrevink.
